Publish Your Work

The pages and folders you create are hidden from the public, for your work to be seen you must publish it

  1. Save what you're working on
  2. Click the preview tab for the page or folder in question
  3. press the publish button (which is up near the tabs)

Editing an Existing Page

  1. Once you've logged-in, find the page you're after by doing a text search. This searches whole documents including title and content.
  2. In the search results, follow the link to the document you're after
  3. To begin editing the page click the edit tab

Make a New Page

Go to the section where you want the new page to appear and press the folder contents tab Click the new page button
Name your new page and press save

Make a New Section

New sections are made by adding folders to the home folder.

Click the Home link in the breadcrumb press the green folder content tab (as above)
Click the new folder tab

Add a title for this folder (this becomes the section's name) then press save Click the new default page button (there's no need to name this page–it's inherited from the title you just chose for your new section.

Editing Content

Find the page you want to edit then click on the edit tab to get to the content tools which look like this:

Insert an Image

  1. Click in the space where you'd like the image to appear
  2. Click the image button (image button) to browse to the images folder
  3. Find the file you want and press the OK button,  the file will then appear where you first clicked

Add a Link

Links to a Pages in Your Site Links to Other Sites Email Addresses
  1. Select some text or an image
  2. Click the internal link button (internal link button)
  3. Browse to the file in your site
  4. Press OK

  3. Type the web address into the resulting box
  4. Press OK

  3. add the email address in this format: mailto:bob@example.org
  4. Press OK
